2. Pay Online of Rs, 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only.).
3. Upload Aadhaar Card.
4. Upload All Documents in One Pdf.
5. Maximum File Size is 5 MB.
6. The Permanent address mentioned as per your MBBS Registration Certificate has to be filled in the Application.
If the address is to be change, then an affidavit has to be given as per the address of aadhaar card.
Note: Candidate has to upload origional scan copy of their Documents .
