1. Upload photographs.
2. Upload signature of the candidate.(on 3"*2" size Paper). (If the signature submitted does not tally with the signature given on the previous registration certificate, registration may be refused.)
3. Upload Passing Certificate attested by any Gazetted Officer.
4. Upload English verson of Degree certificate attested by any Gazetted Officer.
5. Upload Screening Test attested by any Gazetted Officer.
6. Upload Eligibility Certificate of MCI attested by any Gazetted Officer.
7. Upload Confirmation of Medical Degree by Indian embassy attested by Indian embassy.
8. Upload 10+2 Marks sheet attested by any Gazetted Officer.(for Science Subjects with 50% marks)
9. Upload successful completion of M.C.I recognized compulsory Rotating internship as per rules in different departments attested by a Gazetted Officer.
10. (A). No Objection Certificate from state medical council from where you were registered. (not more than one month old N.O.C in original, subject to Confirmation from that Council.)
(B). Upload Previous Registration certificate - attested by any Gazetted officer.
11. If you are registered with Bihar Medical Council, then - Postal Order of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Only.) for Bihar Council of Medical Registration as N.O.C fee, subject to Confirmation.
12. Pay Online of Rs. 10100/- (Ten Thousand One Hundred.). (Registration subject to confirmation of authenticity from previous state council. Candidates whose verification has been done earlier are required to pay Rs. 10100/- and who were registred by any state medical council without verification has been done to pay Rs. 20100/- Registration fees subject to reply from previous state council).
13. Any relaxation given during admission will need confirmation from MCI.
14. Upload Aadhaar Card.
15. Registration Certificate will be issued to the candidate personally with signature in receiving register.
16. Upload All Documents in One Pdf.
17. Maximum File Size is 5 MB.
18. The Permanent address mentioned in your previous Registration Certificate is to be filled in the application.
If the address is to be change, then an affidavit has to be given as per the address of aadhaar card.
Note: After applying online you will have to come to the office with original documents for verification at the given time.
